Hi there, I'm Ali.

Enduring difficult relationships and circumstances can have a damaging effect on your mind, body and spirit as your nervous system stays in a chronic state of fight or flight.

Using the tools and practices of yoga, I can help you rebalance the stress response in your body so you can let go of that anxiety and stress and move forward with clarity and courage.

As a Certified Yoga Therapist I have more than 1000 hours of training in trauma-informed care, rebalancing the nervous system, healing emotional and physical trauma, healing from post traumatic stress and healing childhood trauma.

I've been where you are. I know these tools can help. I have used these tools in my own healing journey and I know how important they are for finding clarity and learning to love and trust yourself again.

Yoga therapy is a self-empowering journey that helps you build resilience, manage stress and anxiety, and find clarity amid difficult relationships and life circumstances. Through this process, you’ll gain the strength to make bold, purposeful choices.

Using somatic movement, body-focused yoga practices, and insights from neuroscience, I will guide you through proven techniques to recalibrate your body’s stress response. Together, we’ll work toward releasing anxiety and stress, allowing you to move forward with clarity and courage.
