I’ve loved guiding and educating through my Body-Focused Healing for Anxiety yoga therapy groups. I truly believe that healing the nervous system is the key—not just to managing anxiety, but to addressing its root causes so you can feel fully present in your life.
I created this membership community because I often hear the question, "What now?" We spend weeks learning, practicing, and supporting one another—and then, suddenly, it ends.
But anxiety doesn’t just disappear because we understand where it comes from. And learning self-regulation tools doesn’t erase a lifetime of chronic stress or deeply ingrained patterns.
Resilience is built over time, just like a healthy body—through consistent practice, self-compassion, a supportive community, and a commitment to healing.
This membership is here to support you in that journey. I’ll be your guide, the community will be your support, and you’ll be showing yourself love and compassion through your commitment to healing.
