Meet Ali
Hi There! My Name is Ali Webb. I'm a yoga therapist and trauma-informed yoga teacher, dedicated to empowering individuals through the transformative practice of yoga. Ali's approach integrates nervous system regulation tools like breathwork, gentle movement, and meditation. Her programs are designed to address anxiety, chronic pain, depression, PTSD, and other challenging conditions.
Since beginning my teaching journey in 2007, I've has accumulated over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training, including a specialized 200-Hour Certificate in Trauma Sensitive Yoga. I'm a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance® (E-RYT® 500), a Yoga Alliance® Continuing Education Provider (YACEP®) and a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).
I’ve been a yoga teacher for almost 20 years, but it wasn’t until I slowed down and recognized that the pause is as important as the pose, that I really began to heal through my yoga practice. Now I’m empowering others through resilience-building gentle yoga practices to do the same.
I am a 1998 graduate from Texas A&M University in College Station with a Bachelor of Science Degree. I have taught Group Fitness classes since 2006 and in addition to teaching yoga, I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2010 and hold an Orthopedic Exercise Specialty Certificate through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
I am passionate about the benefits of yoga in everyone’s life. I believe that nervous system regulation, intentional movement, purposeful breathing, and an opportunity to quiet the mind can be easily woven into everyone’s daily life.
